Our Board of Governors meets monthly to discuss and vote on club matters.  Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month, unless rescheduled by the president.  Any SSC member in good standing may be invited to a Board meeting by the President to address the Board.  Members wishing to address the board should contact the president with their request no later than the one week prior to the meeting at which they wish to address the Board.
