Whether you are joining to be more involved with the base and local communities or are joining to meet some new people, you'll go home finding way more than you came for!

In the words of Aesop, "No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted." Help the Scott Spouses' Club give back to the base and local communities by participating in our outreach donation drives, Wreaths Across America, and additional fundraising and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Being a member of the Scott Spouses' Club means that you are a part of an organization that in 2022-2023 raised and donated more than $33,000 to Scott AFB and the surrounding communities through military dependent scholarships and charitable grants.

As a member of the Scott Spouses' Club, you also will receive emails and invitations to all social functions and special “members only” events. Functions are monthly, and are a great opportunity to meet other spouses and make memories you will carry with you for a lifetime. We urge you to try out our Mini Clubs to connect with those who share similar interests. A full list of the Mini Clubs offered can be found here.

DUES
​
In order to keep our club operating throughout the year, your dues help to cover various operating costs such as venue rentals, insurance/bonding, taxes, marketing, etc.
​
Pay your dues of $50 at the start of the club fiscal year, or $25 beginning 1 January. We provide several ways that you can pay your dues including:

Membership for the 2023-2024 Board year will begin June 1st, 2023.
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Active Membership

Spouses of active duty in the US Armed Forces assigned to or residing near Scott AFB

Spouses of all Reserve and National Guard branches of the services
Associate Membership

Widows/widowers of members of the US Armed Forces

Spouses of retirees to include retired Reserve and National Guard branch members

Retirees

Spouses of foreign military members accredited to the Department of Defense (DoD)

Spouses of civilian personnel

Civilian Personnel

Active Duty military members.

Divorced spouses of military members who hold active military ID card and retain DoD privileges*

Shall be put on the roster and receive emails and invitations to functions and special activities

Eligibility to vote, hold office, chair a committee, participate in all SSC sponsored activities, and win prizes
